Registration for November 5th Service Project

Place: Community First! Village, 9301 Hog Eye Rd. Austin, TX, 78724
Date:  Friday, November 5th
Time:  8:45 am-1:00 pm (including lunch)
Cost:  Minimum of $10 donation for materials and payment to residents leading project

Indicate Cru City Austin in group name field or bring a check made out to Mobile Loaves and Fishes
Waivers: Both Cru and Community First! require their respective volunteer agreements to be signed. Please fill out 2 waivers.  (Please see below)
Wear: Long pants, hat, close toed shoes (boots recommended), mask for indoor use
Bring:  Water bottle, Bug spray, sunscreen, gardening/work gloves

A Cru requirement of event participation is your e-signature on Cru’s liability waiver.
You will receive an email copy of the signed form.
