Volunteers are a lifeline for Community First Village (https://mlf.org/community-first) to continue to provide as well as expand on a place to call home for our homeless neighbors.

Cru City Austin is hosting a 1/2 day volunteer service project on Friday, November 5th. Anyone is welcome to serve, including children (accompanied by adults).

Time: 8:45am – 1pm Outdoor Service Time; 12 -1 pm Lunch provided
Types of Service: Garden work, landscaping of homes, property beautification, tending chicken coops
Participation: Adults and children (serving with parents)
Cost: Donation of at least $10 to Community First for materials and payment to residents leading project
Group Limit: 30
Rain Cancellation if needed: Notified by 7 am on Nov. 5th
